Prohibited:
- all outdoor fires including campfires and warming fires
- charcoal fires
- outdoor welding and cutting with open flame
- fireworks, model rockets, explosives
- prescribed burning of fields, fences, trash
- smoking outside enclosed vehicles
- recreational shooting (explosive targets, tracer and incendiary rounds are illegal and never allowed)
Allowed:
- gas, liquid, or propane barbecues (10-foot clearance from combustible materials)
- gas/liquid/propane fire pits and pellet grills (10-ft clearance; no lingering fire after fuel shut-off)
- gas stoves or lanterns (10-foot clearance)
- fireplaces within buildings
- chainsaws with approved extinguishing equipment
